Since it was our anniversary, we had to celebrate, so we went to The Cheesecake Factory and it was yummy! We decided to just share an entree and I think we picked the best one on the menu. It was called Chicken Costoletta and it was amazing! We loved it so much that we wrote down the name to see if we could find a recipe online and we found someone who had commented on a blog about that exact dish from The Cheesecake Factory. They had a recipe posted and Eric and I will be making it soon, I'm sure. Basically, they took a piece of chicken breast and pounded it until it was really thin and then buttered and fried it. The best part though, was the lemon/herb sauce that came with it. If any of you go there soon, make sure you order this because one plate probably was enough for 3 people and it was amazing. Of course we got cheesecake too and that was really good too. If the recipe is any good, I'll have to post it!
