NObama 2008

First, I have to apologize for the political post on our family fun blog. Just something that needs to be said.

Like the majority of those I have spoken to on this subject, for me, there is no best candidate this election year. I can't say even at this point who I want to vote for. What I have learned to do during exams when there is no clear "right" choice is eliminate the worst choices first.

So what about Mccain, is he the worst choice? He was one of the Keating Five right? So he was one of five involved in a scandal. Then we have Obama. Here is what I found about his scandal record. How about five scandals to one Obama! I am sure that both candidates have more secrets but upon initial searches Obama takes the lead even with his media and news support, which in itself may be a little scandalous. Here are the five reasons I have found Obama number one on my list of candidates to remove.

1. Jeremiah Wright- America Hater, Obama's Pastor for years.
I wont post his YouTube video most of us heard what he said, if not you can look it up.

2. Rashid Khalidi- Ameriaca Hater, PLO employee while under terrorist status, financial supporter of Obama.
Obama says, "His (Khalidi's) kids went to the school where my kids go as well"
NY Times- "Khalidi's friend and frequent dinner companion, the young state Sen. Barack Obama." "In 2000, The Khalidis Held A Fundraiser For Obama's Unsuccessful Congressional Bid."

3.William Ayers- America Hater
Obama on Ayers, "A guy I know in the neighborhood."
abcnews-"When Obama first ran for public office, in 1995, Ayers held a fundraiser for him at his house, according to a February 2008 article on Politico.com."
Bill O'reilly interview-
BARACK OBAMA: "This guy did something despicable forty years ago."
O'REILLY: "Despicable last week. He said he didn't do enough bombing. That's last week."

4. Khalid Al-Mansour- aka Donald Warden. Mentor to the founder of the hate group, Black Panthers. He is now a strong fundraiser for Obama. He, through friendships, also lobbied for Obama's entrance into Harvard.

5. ACORN- American Finance Destroyer
National Review-"One of the organizations accused of pushing banks into making many of the unwise loans at the heart of the current crisis is … ACORN"
Who in the 90's trained them how to do this? Barack Obama.
The Democrats, including Obama, were pushing to keep high-risk loans available to their communities while the Republicans fought for reform.

Orson Scott Card-"Furthermore, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were making political contributions to the very members of Congress who were allowing them to make irresponsible loans. (Though why quasi-federal agencies were allowed to do so baffles me. It's as if the Pentagon were allowed to contribute to the political campaigns of Congressmen who support increasing their budget.)Isn't there a story here? Doesn't journalism require that you who produce our daily paper tell the truth about who brought us to a position where the only way to keep confidence in our economy was a $700 billion bailout? Aren't you supposed to follow the money and see which politicians were benefiting personally from the deregulation of mortgage lending? " Who benefited the most from Fannie and Freddie contributions?

3.Barack Obama $105,849
4. Hillary Clinton $75,550

This financial crisis has nothing to do with what the democrats want us to believe came from a S&L deregulation. It has everything to do with people wanting to give a house to everyone in America, socialism? More from Card, "The goal of this rule change was to help the poor -- which especially would help members of minority groups. But how does it help these people to give them a loan that they can't repay? They get into a house, yes, but when they can't make the payments, they lose the house -- along with their credit rating. They end up worse off than before." And we are all worse off for this irresponsibility.

So what does this all mean? Normally I wouldn't say that an association should bring this type of criticism. But in this case, Obama is being supported monetarily by plenty of prior terrorist individuals and other anti-Americans. Is that who we want to be controlling America? In the Acorn/Fannie Mae case we see that Obama can be influenced by money. Do we want anti- Americans controlling his influential income.

Change We Need, yes, but I am questioning the change that Obama is planning. We need change that will give us back our American values, and excitement for hope of prosperity that our founding fathers believed in. Barack wants to run America, let us just remember who is running him.
