Eric is a huge Soccer fan. I think this comes mostly from his mission in Argentina where Soccer is a big deal. Seattle got their own Soccer team and this is their first season and they have been doing really well. We never watch sports on TV. We probably just don't have time, but it's not really something we do. We did, however, watch the first Sounder's game on TV (I guess that should give you an idea of Eric's excitement!) We even got discounted tickets to a game a couple weeks ago through Eric's school. I guess it was just a one time thing, so unfortunately we can't go to every game, but we absolutely loved it! All of the people we were sitting around seemed to be having a ton of fun. We even got a free horn at one of the booths around the stadium before the game started, so we were able to cheer for our team! Here are some pictures!
The half time entertainment was pretty funny too. They had 3 people dress up in soccer ball costumes and try to kick a ball up the field and into a goal. One of them lost their pants halfway across and the person who won kept jumping up and down and dancing after making the goal. We were laughing pretty hard!
P.S. If anyone wants to go to a Sounder's Game, let us know. We want to try to get a group together so we can get discounted tickets to another game.

Looks like so much fun. Sports in person are so much more fun than on tv. Glad you had a good time :)
